3. Eligibility to Use the Website
The briz website is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and above.
Minors may browse the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. However, purchases on the briz website must be made only by adults who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
By placing an order on the briz website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to make the purchase.
4. Guest Checkout, OTP, and Customer Information
briz currently supports guest checkout only.
Customers may be required to verify their mobile number or email address using:

You are also responsible for keeping your OTP, mobile number, email account, and order-related communication secure.
briz will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information, unauthorized access to your phone or email, or sharing of OTPs with another person.
briz currently sells one body spray product model.
Product information displayed on the briz website is intended to support informed purchase decisions in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and the Cosmetics Rules, 2020.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, packaging information, and other product details shown on the website are accurate.
However, product images may be illustrative and may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, device display settings, packaging updates, or website presentation.

6. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
briz body spray is a beauty and personal care product and should be used responsibly.
Customers must follow all product instructions and warnings mentioned on the product label, packaging, or website.
The product should be used with the following precautions:

Product labeling, packing, safety, standards, and claims are governed by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Cosmetics Rules, 2020. If you have allergies, skin sensitivity, medical conditions, or concerns about using the product, you should consult a qualified professional before use.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Availability
All product prices shown on the briz website are in Indian Rupees. Product prices may be displayed at the applicable Maximum Retail Price, offer price, sale price, or other price made available on the website, as applicable.
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on the briz website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and applicable State Goods and Services Tax laws, as may apply. Any applicable shipping charges, convenience charges, taxes, discounts, or final payable amounts will be shown at checkout before payment.
briz makes reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and availability. However, errors may occur due to technical issues, system errors, stock errors, or incorrect information.
briz reserves the right to cancel, reject, or modify an order if:
- The product price is incorrect
- Stock is unavailable
- Payment fails or is not verified
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- There is a technical or operational issue
- The order cannot be fulfilled for any other valid reason
If briz cancels an order after payment has been successfully received, the refund will be handled in accordance with the briz Return & Refund Policy.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
All products, prices, descriptions, and information displayed on the briz website are an invitation to offer and do not constitute a binding offer by briz. briz may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies.
briz may also limit the quantity of products that can be purchased per customer, order, address, phone number, or payment method to prevent misuse, unauthorized resale, or suspicious activity.
briz accepts prepaid payment methods available on the website at checkout, which may include:
- UPI
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Net banking
- Wallets.
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
Payments, payment failures, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-related processing may also be subject to requirements issued by the Reserve Bank of India, NPCI, card networks, banks, payment aggregators, wallet providers, and other competent payment system authorities, as applicable.
By making a payment on the briz website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider, bank, card network, wallet provider, or UPI provider.
briz is not responsible for payment failures, bank delays, transaction declines, payment gateway downtime, or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
Shipping and delivery of briz website orders are governed by the briz Shipping Policy 1.0, dated 26 July 2026.
briz currently ships orders within India only.
Delivery is subject to PIN-code serviceability and courier partner availability.

11. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Cancellations, post-delivery claims, replacements, refunds, and reverse pickup requests are governed by the briz Return & Refund Policy 1.0, dated 26 July 2026.
briz does not accept general returns after delivery for change of mind, preference-based reasons, or customer no longer wanting the product after accepting delivery.
Approved damaged product claims are handled through replacement, not refund, unless replacement is unavailable, required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, or approved by briz.
Customers must report damaged, missing, empty-box, or tampered product issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with required proof, as stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
briz currently does not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders placed directly through the briz website must be prepaid using the payment methods available at checkout.
13. Personal Use and No Resale
briz products purchased through the website are intended for personal use only.
You may not purchase briz products for unauthorized resale, redistribution, commercial use, or bulk resale without written permission from briz.
briz reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit orders that appear to be placed for resale, bulk purchase, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
briz currently does not offer coupons, referral programs, launch discounts, bundles, or promotional offers.

16. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
briz may allow customers to post or submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos, feedback, or other content on the website.
By submitting any review, rating, photo, comment, or feedback, you confirm that:
- The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience;
- You have the right to submit the content;
- The content does not violate the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Information Technology Rules, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, or any third-party rights;

- Violate the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Information Technology Rules, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, intellectual property laws, third-party rights, briz policies, or these Terms & Conditions
briz may take appropriate action if misuse is detected, including order cancellation, claim rejection, access restriction, or legal action where required.
18. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on the briz website belongs to briz, Mastra Media LLP, or its licensors, as applicable, and is protected under intellectual property laws, including the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

To the fullest extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws, briz, Mastra Media LLP, its owners, employees, representatives, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, or other applicable Indian laws, including rights or remedies available to consumers under Indian consumer protection laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless briz, Mastra Media LLP, its owners, employees, representatives, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the website
- Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Your misuse of briz products
- False, misleading, or fraudulent claims submitted by you

- Infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights

This clause will survive termination or expiry of these Terms & Conditions.

briz will acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and redress them within one month from the date of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Privacy-related grievances will be handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
Customers are requested to include their Order ID, registered phone number, email ID and a clear description of the issue for faster resolution.
28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and related policies will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Information Technology Rules, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, to the extent applicable.
Customers are encouraged to first contact briz Customer Support and, if the issue is not resolved, escalate the matter to the Grievance Officer for resolution of any concern, complaint, or dispute.
If the issue is not resolved through customer support or grievance handling, the dispute may be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Information Technology Rules, and other applicable Indian laws.
Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and rights available to customers under Indian consumer protection laws, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the briz website.
Where legally permissible and mutually agreed, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or other applicable Indian laws.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies available to customers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other Indian consumer protection law.
briz may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, website features, product offering, customer support process, shipping process, payment process, related policies, or requirements under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable Information Technology Rules, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, or other applicable Indian laws.
The updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on the briz website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the briz website after the updated Terms & Conditions are posted will mean that you accept the updated terms.

30. Entire Agreement and Severability
